Refund Policy
​If a product doesn’t fit, or not what you expected, it may be exchanged or returned for the cost of shipping within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition with tags attached.

A full refund or replacement will be offered within the first 20 days from the date of purchase due to defective workmanship that lead to product failure. This does not include purchasing the wrong size that would cause undue stress on the product, your pet chewing on or destroying the product, or normal wear and tear.

All sales on Clearance items are final and not eligible for return or refund.

To request a refund or exchange:
Fill out the "Contact Us" form on the website and upload a picture or video of the defective product, along with the circumstance leading to the failure of the product, and we will review the request.
